Defective/ Damaged Items Return

2. Include clear photos or videos of the issue along with a detailed description.

3. We will process your refund or a replacement within 48 hours.

4. For defective or damaged items, you do not need to return the items; just provide us with the required evidence.

Return Service Procedure for Non-Quality Returns
If you need to return a product for a non-quality reason, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return and obtain the return address.

2. Pay for the return shipping and provide the shipping label to customer service.

3. After we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Cost
If the product has quality problems, customers do not need to return the product, we are responsible for providing a refund or replacement.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Processing Time
